Investigative Rates Not Undersold by the Competition
Hourly Rate
Hourly rate of $75.00 ($50.00 for Public Safety Agencies) for investigative and surveillance services. This rate is charged for all report writing, driving time and other activities related to an investigation.
Photographs
Photographs will be provided at a cost of $3.00 for each 8” x 10” color print (digital) and $1.75 for each 5” x 7” color print (digital). Bulk discounts of 15% apply to color prints (digital) more than 10, based on type of case, length of surveillance and number of locations surveilled.
Note: This charge only applies to cases requiring surveillance.
Digital images provided at no charge.
Court Appearance and Deposition
Court appearance and deposition time will be charged at the hourly rate of $50.00 in addition to a minimum fee of $150.00. This fee is payable (in advance) upon request or summons for a court or deposition appearance, and is required for each day requested or summoned. This fee is non-refundable.
Mileage
Mileage fee of $.65 per mile. Travel that requires airline or other commercial transport will be billed at the actual cost.
Lodging
Lodging costs vary and will reflect the actual cost (a receipt will be provided upon request), but will usually not exceed $125.00 per night. The exception to this will be when travel is required to areas where no reasonable, midrange quality lodging can be obtained for that amount.
Other
Other reasonable costs, including, but limited to, vehicle rental, special equipment rental, court fees, long distance telephone calls, message service fees, photocopying expenses, postage, informant fees, credit reports, etc. will be billed at the actual cost.
The outcome of any investigation is always uncertain. Cyber Consulting and Digital Forensic Investigations makes no guarantee, nor any specific outcome, either expressed or implied. Reports will include the facts and circumstances as determined through the investigation.
Furthermore, no representative of Cyber Consulting and Digital Forensic Investigations will intentionally violate any laws, nor will any representative of Cyber Consulting and Digital Forensic Investigations provide false or misleading information in any report, whether that be either written (in all forms thereof) or oral.
